With this tour you can appreciate the diversity of the landscape throughout the bus trip, as we will pass through different places such as Ollantaytambo, Abra Malaga, Santa Maria, Santa Terera and the return will be by train on the banks of the Vilcanota River.

DESCRIPTION

This  travel program differs from the other tours by the different ways of travel which are by road and by rail.

ITINERARY

DAY 01: CUSCO -HIDROELECTRICA-AGUAS CALIENTES (MACHUPICCHU VILLAGE)

Our program starts with the pick up at 6:15 am to 6:40 am, from the hotel of each passenger in our private mobility, then travel to Ollantaytambo pass through the Abra Malaga 4400 masl, Santa Maria and then get to Santa Teresa, here we will make a stop so you can have lunch can also stock up on water.Then we will continue our journey by car to Hidroeléctrica, from where we will begin our walk of approximately 3 hours by a flat trail to Aguas Calientes (Machupicchu village and then to the designated hotel to settle in. Between 8:00 to 9:00 pm (this schedule may vary) the guide will come to your hotel for a talk about the next day's guide in Machupicchu. Overnight in Aguas Calientes (Machupicchu Village)

DAY 02: AGUAS CALIENTES - MACHU PICCHU - CUSCO

The most important day of our trip is to get to know one of the 7 wonders of the world Machupicchu, and we have two ways to get there: The first is walking for 1 hour with 30 minutes of pure ascent and the second is by tourist bus for 30 minutes. People who want to walk up the bus will have to leave 1 hour and 30 minutes before the entrance time to Machupicchu and appreciate the sunrise. People who want to go up by car will have to take the bus 30 minutes before the entrance time to Machupicchu, then we can visit the Inca citadel of Machupicchu for about 2 hours accompanied by a specialist guide. After the excursion and if you have the ticket you can climb the mountain of Huaynapicchu or Machupicchu Mountain, at the appropriate time you must descend from Machupicchu to Aguas Calientes by bus or walking so you can have lunch at leisure and board the train back to Ollantaytambo (2 hours by train) where we expect our transport to the city of Cusco (2 hours by car).
