1. A no-show is considered if you do not show up for your pick-up time. This also applies if you are not at the agreed-upon location.
2. Cancellations can be made up to 15 days before the tour start time, and a 20% administrative fee will be charged.
3. Date and/or tour changes will only be made at least 15 days before the tour start date and time. This change will only be made during business hours.
4. Peruvian Trek Expeditions reserves the right to modify dates, times, itineraries, etc., in the event of force majeure: political events (strikes and work stoppages), weather, military, etc. and if it is judged that there is some danger for the clients, the Peruvian Trek Expeditions Agency undertakes to propose alternatives in order to minimize the possible impacts on the CLIENT's trip. In these cases, clients will not be able to request any type of compensation.
5. Cancellations, cancellations, or refunds due to health issues are not applicable if notified at the last minute.
6. Passengers may NOT be boarded on the tour if they are intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol.
7. Tours paid for with a Visa or MasterCard credit card may be canceled, and if a refund is available, refunds will be made minus the administrative fee and excluding the card payment fee.
8. If you do not purchase our optional services during your purchase, any subsequent modifications will be the responsibility of the CUSTOMER.
9. The passenger declares that they are familiar with the itinerary and program of the contracted tour. Upon purchase of the tour, the customer accepts all the terms and conditions.
10.- TRAIN TICKETS AND ADMISSION TO MACHUPICCHU ARE ENTIRELY NON-REFUNDABLE. LIKEWISE, CHANGES IN DATE, OWNERSHIP, ROUTE, AND OTHER METHODOLOGIES RELATING TO THE MACHUPICCHU TRIP ARE NOT FEASIBLE.
