Personal Data Protection Policy Law No. 29733
The purpose of this Law is to guarantee the fundamental right to the protection of personal data, provided for in Article 2 numeral 6 of the Political Constitution of Peru, through its adequate treatment, within a framework of respect for the other fundamental rights recognized therein.
PERUVIAN TREK EXPEDITIONS E.I.R.L. (PERUVIAN TREK EXPEDITIONS ) is
committed to the security of the personal data of its clients, as established by Law No. 29733.
COLLECTION OF INFORMATION
1.- For the purpose of visiting our website, our social networks, or wished some information about our tourist services, you are not required to provide personal data.

4.- Any type of damage or harm, direct or indirect, arising for PERUVIAN TREK EXPEDITIONS E.I.R.L. or for third parties as a consequence of the partial or total breach of the obligation referred to in the previous point, will be the sole and exclusive responsibility of the user who provided the information.
PROCESSING OF THE INFORMATION

EXERCISE OF ARCO RIGHTS
8.- The user may exercise their rights of Information, Access, Rectification, Cancellation, Opposition, etc. (ARCO) to the use of their personal data, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law, Law No. 29733. In this sense, the user has the right, among others, to access his personal information, to request the rectification of inaccurate data and to revoke his consent for the processing of the same; likewise, he may request the deletion of his data or oppose the processing of the same, even when these are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected.
9.- The exercise of these rights is free. To do so, you can send an e-mail to info@peruviantrekexpeditions.com attaching the "Request for Attention of ARCO Rights - Law No. 29733, Personal Data Protection Law" and a copy of the identity document (DNI/CE/Passport) that proves your ownership of the personal data in respect of which you will exercise your right. If you use a legal representative, he/she must be accredited as such.
10.- The attention of the request will be carried out according to the deadlines set forth in the regulations for the protection of personal data.
CHANGES TO THE PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
11.- PERUVIAN TREK EXPEDITIONS E.I.R.L. reserves the right to modify its Privacy Policy for the Protection of Personal Data. It is the responsibility of the user to keep informed of this policy, every time you use our website, you should consult our Privacy Policy Notice for the Protection of Personal Data.
